Deep Sleep Resonate Essence Spray
The idea is to spray this beautiful scent over you just before you go to sleep. You can respray in the middle of the night if thats the challenge. However try not to spray it after 4am for you may feel too drowsy in the morning (this is just my personal preference) To read more about the Deep Sleep Spray click here
Amethyst OR Rose Quartz Crystal
The Crystal is infused with Reiki to help with sleep. You can choose between the Amethyst or Rose Quartz, to place in your area of sleep.
Amethyst is known for its healing powers to help with physical ailments, emotional issues and energy/chakra balancing. Its primarily associated with helping with the nervous system, the curing of nightmares and insomnia, and balancing the crown chakra.
Rose Quartz is known as the “love” stone, helping clear stored anger, resentment, guilt, fear, jealousy. Cools a hot temper, reduces stress and tension. Allows forgiveness and compassion. Enhancing love, self confidence and creativity.
Lepidolite tumbler Crystal
The Crystal is infused with Reiki to help with sleep. You receive 3 Lepidolite crystals which you can place near your bed area.
Lepidolite is a calming stone, thats useful for stress reduction & depression. Its also been known to balance nerves & muscles relieving excess tension carried in the body. Brings a sense of inner security, safety and protection from harm.
Meditation / Hypnosis
